Message	I was in the exact same postion a few months ago and decided to just install them. They were some old spl spacers that I had laying around. I ended up torquing them to around 70lbs I think. As for the ride quality, it did make it a bit stiffer but didnt really notice much of a noise difference. Maybe its because my car is loud already but it didnt bother me. some say it helps with wheel hop too
